InstantPresenter Recurring Meeting Feature

Would you like to host a series of webinars or classes on a particular subject?  With InstantPresenter, you can schedule recurring meetings, so people can register for all of the webinars in your series at one time.  InstantPresenter lets you schedule your webinar series to occur daily, weekly or monthly, andattendees can register for one or all of the webinars in your series.

If you are using InstantPresenter’s integrated PayPal Payment System to sell tickets, your customers can register and pay for thewhole series, or the individual webinars they would like to attend.  Setting up a series of recurring meetings is simple and easy.  Simply select the recurring meeting option when scheduling your meeting and our system will walk you through the process.  For more information, please visit our KnowledgeBase.

Editing Registration and Survey Forms just got easier!

We just released new features to make the process of creating and editing Registration and Survey Forms intuitively easy for you. The new design has a cleaner, more modern look and feel with more user-friendly adding/editing functions for custom fields.

Forgot to add something in a Registration or Survey Form? No problem! With the new features, you can now go back and edit them after they have been created.

We’re excited to announce that we’ve release a very cool upgrade to our application branding feature. Now every InstantPresenter customer can apply a background to their meeting room! The background can be selected from our pre-designed backgrounds, or anything you’d like to upload. To get started with this feature, simply click on the “Branding Defaults” button from the Account Manager.

From the branding screen, click on the “Meeting Application” tab. This will allow you to upload a background, or “Select a Pre-Designed Background.”

Once you’ve uploaded your background, you can then re-size our meeting application and place it where ever you’d like on top of the background. This way, if you have a cool banner, or side panel that you’d like visible during your meeting, you can make sure that everyone can see it. Alternatively, you can set a background color for your meeting by simply clicking in the “Background Color” area of the tab.

To re-size the meeting application on top of your background, simply grab the corners of the image, and drag them until all the areas that you’d like to be exposed are in the gray area. The highlighted area represents where the meeting application will be located.

Finally, you can start your meeting and see your meeting application fully branded with your new background.
